Eldon's mother was the inspiration for this blend.  She enjoys her coffee on the darker side, with cream added.  This coffee is designed to cut through the cream with flavors of bittersweet chocolate and nuts.  While it is good black it is also excellent with additions.   Dark to Vienna roast recommended.
