Every decaf Eldon roasts uses the Swiss Water Decaffeination process.  No chemicals, ever.
Well-balanced and delicious decaf, with brawny bittering cocoa offset by ample sweetness, and a nice acidic sparkle that's not too imposing but brings some structure to the cup.  Medium to dark roast recommended.
